Wellbeing: the key unlocking motivation, creativity and performance.

The focus of the LAND3 project is people - Individuals, but also their role as part of a wider community. LAND3 has consecrated its tools to people 
with one priority in mind: their wellbeing.

How?
People - the absolute central characters of their workspace - build around themselves their own 
sensorial, emotive and working wellbeing: they create their habitat defining their own 
emotive landscape. 
Key players of their working lives, they become consumer-actors, taking centre stage 
and becoming part of the space, the style and the visual language. 
The cultural and sensory expression of each person, as a result finds its place within 
a global, ordered and complete dimension.

Creative adaptability.
The components that make up the LAND3 office system does not encumber interior 
workspace. By contrast, they are valuable tools for modelling and styling workspace 
interiors. A 4-dimensional space, modular and movable at the same time. Never static 
but changing and adjusting to the dynamic needs of operators.

I conceived Bench as the pulsing heart of a company, with the capacity to dilate and contract according to changing circumstances, where shared/inter-relational workspaces co-exist alongside spaces for thinking reflection/silence without interruption of sorts. A Bench, for an environment rich in sensorial stimuli and personal contaminations that still project an image of order and harmony. Alternating landscapes circumscribed and delimited but ready to open up to create a wider and shared habitat.

I imagined Brick as a modular seating system, exploiting interlocking and connecting solutions. A playful game used for defining the personality of both individual and collective workspaces, used for informal work encounters, breakouts, stopover or waiting areas.

Bablò, an inflatable screen partition in transparent and coloured PVC came to me in a dream. An airy, movable structure that can be easily relocated, the synthesis of several dimensions: functional, sensorial and playful at the same time.

Eco sustainability.
LAND3 harnesses recyclable or reconverted materials. Transformer by nature and easily customised. Styles and arrangements can be recreated and re-adapted to meet the needs of different workspace habitats.
