System of mobile partition walls, modular with optional accessories, featuring internal concealed self-bearing structure and external solid and/or glazed panels, assembled thanks to an exclusive patented clip-on system. The glass is bonded to the aluminium frame in order to conceal it, making the glazed elements coplanar.
These walls guarantee excellent sound-proofing properties thanks to substantial sealing of the vertical and horizontal joints, significant reduction of rigid points of resonance and the independence of components of the two external sides, comprising solid or glazed panelling.
The detailed modular structure of these walls enables rapid modifications to the layout, with minimal component waste; the fact that the modules are supplied completely pre-assembled means that they remain totally re-usable without the need for any modifications or refinishing on site.

structural characteristics
The bearing structure, which remains concealed, is made up of galvanised sheet steel profiles, specially shaped and configured to make up the self-bearing backbone of the system, with top pressure fittings and levelling feet, onto which the external panels are fitted. In particular, the vertical uprights and transoms on the proposed model feature a section with rounded, flexible ends, designed to fit the external panels with a clip-on system, eliminating the need for any additional elements. The ceiling and floor connections are in pre-treated sheet steel, which remain visible and serve respectively as shutters and skirting.
The profiles in coextruded PVC, inserted in the ends of the uprights and active transoms, enable mechanical fixture of the entire system. They can easily be removed to restore original system flexibility.
The solid external panels, made of different materials and with different finishes, are shaped through the thickness to enable insertion by the clip-on system into the bearing structure, without the need for extra joining elements. The solid panels, with melamine veneered finish, are reversible and usable on either face.
The external glazed panels, made up of pre-treated extruded aluminium frame profiles, are shaped through the thickness to enable insertion by the clip-on system into the bearing structure without the need for extra joining elements, and are perfectly assembled with micrometric adjusters, supplied complete with flexible gaskets and glass panes in observance of current safety standards.
The terminal and corner elements, made of pre-treated extruded aluminium, are shaped through the thickness to enable insertion by the clip-on system into the bearing structure, onto which these are fixed by means of concealed screws.
