Structural characteristics
Turelight is a glazed partition wall without any vertical bearing structure. Its bearing function is entrusted upon the glazed panels (it is in fact defined “bearing monolithic partition wall”). TRUELIGHT partition wall has a perimetric structure of anodizedextruded aluminium in which there is a soft PVC gasket (exclusively manufactured for Vetroin) on both sides, in order to improve soundproofing. Optimal alignment of the partition wall is achieved by positioning shimsbetween the aluminium floor profile and the glass. Mm 5+5 0.38 glass is supplied as standard for partition walls up to cm 308 height, while mm 6+6 0.76 is for partition walls up to cm 360 height. Vertical junction between glazed panels is made by a special extruded aluminium profile that grants partition wall continuity. As an alternative, a translucent polycarbonate profile, that keeps transparency, is also available. Doors can be wing or sliding: in both solutions glass is always tempered. |
External finishing
Perimeter structure: natural anodized aluminium, polished anodized aluminium, epoxy powder coated aluminium. Glazed panels: transparent glass, etched, frosted design, fabric-glass, lcd-glass, laser-glass, touch-glass. Solid panels: melamine coated in several colours, or veneers. |
Cabling possibility
It is possible to house the cables inside the structure profiles. It is also available a specific element in extruded aluminium, easy to inspect, to solve any wiring problem. |
Standard module dimensions
There are no pre-defined modules as the partition wall is only tailor-made.
Full-height glass panels up to cm 360 maximum height.
It is available in the self-bearing solution too. |
