Double glass partition wall characterised by its minimal but strongly aesthetic structure, made of aluminium, designed to support two glass sheets put side by side.
The thickness of the profiles, both horizontal and vertical, is 95 mm. The wall's distinctive feature is that it has the glass sheets placed at 55 mm from the external surfaces, which provides the system with the utmost visual agility, without sacrificing the sturdiness of the vertical and horizontal elements; this guarantees strength while keeping a minimal design.
The walls have rectilinear joints between the glass sheets, which are independent from each other. These do not form one single profile between one glass panelling and the other; this contributes to attaining the light weight typical of the double glass walls, without vertical bars.

Structural characteristics
The horizontal structural support profile is 75 mm high; it is made of extruded aluminium. Its unique shape allows for all horizontal functional elements to be accommodated; in the part in contact with the building structure, there is a black gasket, which is flexible and adherent.
The properly co-extruded gaskets, directly inserted on the base profile (on the part directly in contact along the entire length of the glass sheet), ensure perfect acoustic sealing, thanks to the particular multi-contact section that prevents sound waves passing from one glass sheet to the other.
Besides these gaskets, there are two fixed on the external finishing profiles, which, besides stabilising this profile against the glass sheets, also contributes to the acoustic performance.
To fix the glass sheets to the base profile, “metallic glazing bead jaws” are used, which with the “vice” guarantee that the glasses are locked safely; suitable gaskets are inserted between the glass and the metal parts allowing the application of glass with different thicknesses.
