Product Description Business, visitor and meeting rooms executive chairs, proposed with swivel or fixed cantilever base with armrests. Two types of chairs are available: high or medium back, fully upholstered and covered.

Base materials and finishings Aluminium SWIVEL FIVE-STARS BASE with pressure die casting aluminium frame, black painted with epoxy powders electrostatically fixed or polished brushed. The base is equipped with wheel bushes for quick clutch of castors or glides. On demand aluminium structure can be finished with galvanic treatment of chromium-plating. For visitor chairs also available FIXED cantilever base with integrated armrests: iron Fe37 frame, cold rolled, oval section 40 mm. X 10 mm., thickness 2,5 mm., with aluminium chill terminals for fixing of seat and back shell. The structure is equipped with black polypropylene antireversal slides. Metal components are refined with galvanic treatment of chromium plating or black painted with epoxy powders electrostatically fixed. The black polyurethane caps are covered in accordance with seat and back.

RF4/83 – UNI 9175 (Italian rules). Seat and back cushion: expanded polyurethane, thickness 5 mm., density 50 kg./mc., type HLC 50 R/AU white, fireproof test Class 1 IM, C.S.E. RF4/83 – UNI 9175 (Italian rules) together with acrylic resinate, thickness 15 mm., gr. 100/m. with mesh.

Body material Back and seat shell: iron Fe 37 tubular frame, cold rolled, Ø 15 mm., thickness 1,5 mm., with reinforcing iron Fe 37 plate, cold rolled, rectangular section 6 mm. X 90 mm. and elastic net for containing upholstery, in polyolefin plastics.

Wheel types and characteristics Rotating and self-braking castors, Ø50, pin 11mm, frame in zama (zinc, aluminium, magnesium and copper alloy) refined with galvanic treatment of chromium plating or black painted with epoxy powders electrostatically fixed; equipped with fairing, which avoids the penetration of hair, threads, etc..; the quick clutch pin is in galvanized steel, and the rotating components have a dual tread. Chairs are equipped with rubber castors, suitable for hard surfaces; hard castors, recommended for surfaces like carpets – or glides, suitable for any kind of surface, are available on request.

Regulating systems System formed by a pneumatic gas pump, activated by a lever located in the mechanism. The piston is inserted in a steel column, black painted with epoxy powders electrostatically fixed, outer covered by a telescopic carter in black polypropylene with embossed surface finishing. The regulation column is equipped with conical extremes for fixing in the mechanism and in the base. HEGHT ADJUSTABLE LUMBAR SUPPORT “Rack” adjustment system in polyamide (nylon) reinforced with fibreglass, lumbar support in heat-shaped polystyrene, thickness 2 mm, black colour with embossed surface finishing. A polished brushed aluminium wheel, behind the back, allows lumbar support height adjustment.

RF4/83 – UNI 9175 (Italian rules); covering in accordance with seat and back. -Fixed upholstered: open antitangling armrest, iron Fe37 plate frame, rectangular section 20 mm. x 6 mm., cold rolled, fully upholstered with flexible polyurethane foam, cold moulded, expanded without using CFC, type VORALUX HM674, thickness 30 mm., density 65 kg/mc., fireproof test Class 1 IM, C.S.E. RF4/83 – UNI 9175 (Italian rules). The armrest is fully covered in accordance with seat and back. The armrest is fixed to the seat through an iron Fe37 plate, rectangular section 70 X 6 mm, cold rolled, black painted with epoxy powders electrostatically fixed.
