Product Description Range of executive, business, meeting and visitor chairs, proposed with swivel base available with or without arms, or fixed cantilever base and arms. Two types of chairs are available: medium or low back chairs, all are upholstered and covered with external protective carters.

Base materials and finishings Aluminium SWIVEL FIVE-STARS BASE with pressure die casting aluminium frame, black or silver (RAL 9006) painted with epoxy powders electrostatically fixed or polished brushed. The base is equipped with wheel bushes for quick clutch of castors or glides. For visitor chairs also available cantilever FIXED BASE with integrated armrests, iron frame Fe37, cold rolled, formed by a curved tube, Ø25 mm., thickness 2,5 mm., and plate for fixing, thickness 4 mm. The structure is equipped with arms covered in polypropylene PP copolymer, antiscuff embossed surface finishing, black or silver (RAL 7047). Metal components are finished with galvanic treatment of chromium-plating or painted in black, silver (RAL 9006) with epoxy powders electrostatically fixed.

Technical characteristics Executive chairs are equipped with back tilt mechanism with safety release system and body weight tensioner; on demand they can be equipped with depth adjustment facility.

Wheel types and characteristics Rotating and self-braking castors, Ø50, pin 11mm., with fairing in shockproof plastics, which avoids the penetration of hair, threads, etc..; the quick clutch pin is in galvanized steel, and the rotating components have a dual tread. Chairs are equipped with rubber castors, suitable for hard surfaces; hard castors, recommended for surfaces like carpets – or glides, suitable for any kind of surface, are available on request.

Chair height regulator Yes

Regulating systems System formed by a pneumatic gas pump, activated by a lever located in the mechanism. The piston is inserted in a steel column, painted with epoxy powders electrostatically fixed, outer covered by a telescopic carter in black polypropylene with embossed surface finishing. The regulation column is equipped with conical extremes for fixing in the mechanism and in the base.

For the assembly of multi-ply materials, low-formaldehyde glues are used, complying with the EN 717-2/94. Italian ministerial homologation regarding the product’s reaction to fire in Class 1 IM (UNO I EMME), complying with the Italian ministerial decrees dating 26/06/1984 and 03/09/2001.
