Product Description Business, visitor and meeting rooms executive chairs, proposed with swivel or fixed cantilever base, with or without armrests. Three types of chairs are available: high, medium or low back, covered metal frame with supporting net.

Base materials and finishings SWIVEL FIVE-STARS BASE with pressure die casting aluminium frame, black or silver (RAL 9006) painted with epoxy powders electrostatically fixed or polished brushed. The base is equipped with wheel bushes for quick clutch of castors or glides. FIXED cantilever base with integrated armrests, iron frame Fe37, cold rolled, formed by a curved tube, Ø25 mm., thickness 2,5 mm., and plate for fixing 220 mm. X 180 mm, thickness 3 mm. The structure is equipped with black polypropylene anti-reversal slides. Metal components are finished with galvanic treatment of chromium-plating or painted in black, silver (RAL 9006) with epoxy powders electrostatically fixed.

Structure material and finishings Back with metal frame, fully covered with elastic net and with embossed surface finishing. Seat with wooden structure, upholstered and covered.

Stuffing material UPOLSTERY Back: without upholstery, fully covered with supporting, elastic and breathable, 100% strong resistant polyester, fireproof tested complying with the EN 1021 parts 1 and 2, black or silver RAL 7047 colour. Seat (models with medium back): injected polyurethane foam, flexible moulded, expanded without using CFC, type VORALUX HM674, thickness 60 mm., density 65 kg/mc., fireproof test Class 1 IM, C.S.E. RF4/83 – UNI 9175 (Italian rules). Seat (models with low back): expanded polyurethane, thickness 20 mm., density 50 kg./mc., type HLC 50 RA white, fireproof test Class 1 IM, C.S.E. RF4/83 – UNI 9175 (Italian rules).

Body material Back: iron Fe37 structure, cold rolled and formed by rod Ø12 mm., fixing plate rectangular section 30 x 10 mm.; the whole structure is black painted with epoxy powders electrostatically fixed and it has a surface embossed finishing. Seat (models with medium back): wood agglomerate, thickness 15 mm., composition 95% resinous wood and 5% isocyanate, moulded and assembled without formaldehyde glues. Seat (models with low back): multi-ply wood, thickness 10,5 mm., formed by n. 7 beech ply, thickness 15/10, heat-bent and assembled with low- formaldehyde glues.

E NATURAL LEATHER: 100% cattle hide, chromo-tanned, aniline dyed, frosted and finished with polyurethane resins. Cat. F LEATHER EXTRA: 100% top quality cattle hide, chromo-tanned, aniline dyed, top quality natural grain, finished with resins in watery solution. ALCANTARA: 68% polyester, 32% polyurethane.

Wheel types and characteristics Rotating and self-braking castors, Ø50, pin 11mm., with fairing in shockproof plastics, which avoids the penetration of hair, threads, etc..; the quick clutch pin is in galvanized steel, and the rotating components have a dual tread. Chairs are equipped with rubber castors, suitable for hard surfaces; hard castors, recommended for surfaces like carpets – or glides, suitable for any kind of surface, are available on request.

Chair height regulator Yes

Regulating systems System formed by a pneumatic gas pump, activated by a lever located in the mechanism. The piston is inserted in a steel column, black painted with epoxy powders electrostatically fixed, outer covered by a telescopic carter in black polypropylene with embossed surface finishing. The regulation column is equipped with conical extremes for fixing in the mechanism and in the base. HEGHT ADJUSTABLE LUMBAR SUPPORT “Rack” adjustment system in polyamide (nylon) reinforced with fibreglass, lumbar support in heat-shaped polystyrene, thickness 2 mm, black colour with embossed surface finishing. A polished brushed aluminium wheel, behind the back, allows lumbar support height adjustment.
