Product Description
The P700 partition wall is a demountable partition with a total thickness of 100 mm, with two toughened glass panels 10 mm thick or laminated 5+5+2. The special features of the system are designed to produce a completely transparent surface with no elements of vertical discontinuity.
The modular features of the partition in terms of height and width can be established according to the specific design requirements.
Structural characteristics
The partition system is based on an extruded aluminium profile with epoxy powder paint finish, fixed to the floor and ceiling by means of expansion plugs (only this assembly condition guarantees optimal wall stability). Two seals in co-extruded rigid/soft PVC guarantee acoustic sealing throughout the entire wall perimeter.

A second extruded aluminium profile, inserted telescopically to the first, with an adjustment range of ? 10 mm, compensates for any eventual uneveness of the floor or ceiling. The same profiles are used for the wall abutments, creating a homogeneous perimetral frame
External finishing
The partition basically consists of toughened glass panels, of 10 or 12 mm thickness or laminated glass 5+5+2, secured by cover plates in extruded aluminium snapped onto the profiles fixed to the floor and ceiling.

Glass panels are joined vertically by means of 6 mm thick patented transparent polycarbonate profiles. These profiles have a particular shape designed to accept the specially bevelled edges of the glass panels.

All the polycarbonate profiles are fitted with an acrylic adhesive tape to achieve a perfect vertical union of the glass panels, ensuring perfect structural holding and acoustic sealing.

The void between the two glass panels can house electrically controlled venetian blinds
Doors
The door modules available are:
  • Solid hinged door, of 45 mm thickness, complete with threshold seal to the floor and with adjustable hinges.
    Doorframe in epoxy powder coated aluminium extrusions with seals on all 3 sides; lever handles and mortice lockcase with Europrofile cylinder.
  • Glass hinged door in 12 mm toughened glass with adjustable hinges.
    Doorframe in epoxy powder coated aluminium extrusions with seals on all 3 sides; lever handles and patchlock with Europrofile cylinder.
  • Double glazed hinged door of 100 mm overall thickness (the door leaf is flush with the thickness of the partition) with an aluminium extrusion frame onto which are bonded 6 mm toughened glass panels; with adjustable hinges. Doorframe in epoxy powder coated aluminium extrusions with double seals on all 3 sides; lever handles and mortice lockcase with Europrofile cylinder.
  • Sliding double glazed door with two 6 mm toughened glass panels in an extruded aluminium frame with an epoxy powder paint finish. The vertical aluminium profile of the frame acts also as a handle. Hook bolt lockcase with an oval cylinder. Door frame in extruded aluminium in an epoxy powder paint finish with dust seals.
