Product Description "EVOsystem" is the mobile partition wall system that includes "EVOtech", the lightweight, luminous custom-made wall in a single slab and "EVOplan", comprising the dual-slab partition wall, storage wall and wall cladding. Thanks to their unitary constructional design, the two products integrate perfectly with each other, providing a functional and customized styling effect in the room area. Integrated architecture inspired "EVOsystem": walls, structures, exterior closing panels, floors, false ceilings and wire management systems achieve intelligent synergies in a unitary architectural project.

Structural characteristics "EVOtech": very thick powder-paint coated single-slab wall with extruded aluminium profiles. 2, 3 and 4-way linear fittings either square or with a variable angle, featuring extruded aluminium profiles. Connections with the EVOplan Partition and EVOplan Storage walls. Total wall thickness: 40 mm "EVOplan": bearing structure, posts, transoms and surrounding structure are made from special tubular sections in galvanized steel. The transoms are snap-fitted into housings in the posts. Both have soundproofing co-extruded outer seals made of PVC. 2, 3 and 4-way fitting formed by two tubular profiles made of powder painted extruded aluminium with scratchproof embossed finish. Connecting components with joints linking to the profiles of the lightweight outer façades used for commercial building purposes (curtain walls, glazed walls, etc.). The wall can also be supplied without ceiling adjusters in the free-standing version, and with a 2294 mm fixed height thanks to an upper stiffening beam made of coated extruded aluminium featuring a scratch-proof embossed finish and equipped with relative metal finishing housing at the top for routing wiring and installing lamps for direct or indirect lighting purposes. External finishing "EVOtech": Glazed modules with clear or frosted safety glass which can also be painted with decorative motifs and fitted with a Venetian blind on the outside. Blank modules in lacquered or treated MDF (30 mm thick), or various types of wood. "EVOplan": blank panels in melamine finished particle board (18 mm thick). Glazed panels with coated extruded aluminium frames and clear or frosted safety glass which can also be fitted with Venetian blinds on the inside. Storage panels of the equipable/shelving type featuring a horizontal aluminium slideway used to hang accessories. “Wall cladding” panels totally coordinated as to dimensions, finishes and outfitted for storage purposes along with the partition wall.

Cabling possibility The "EVOplan" walls allow uninterrupted cable routing both horizontally and vertically, even on a level with the doors. The wiring can pass right through the partition walls in both the horizontal and vertical directions thanks to the holes in the posts and transoms. The technical module, with its 200 mm fixed width, which acts as compartment for routing cables downwards and for housing systems, has an extruded aluminium door with lock and removable rear panel in extruded aluminium or finished particle board, and can thus be opened for inspection. The technical module can be positioned on either the right or left-hand side of the door. “EVOtech” can be supplied with various wireless systems with remote controlled transmitters, for turning the lights on and off.
