Product Description The "EVOplan" storage wall provides extensive filing capacity since its compartments can be used to the full. Thanks to its unitary constructional design, "EVOsystem" can be perfectly integrated with the "EVOplan" and "EVOtech" partition wall. Internal fittings and accessories can be obtained to meet all filing and storage needs. The composition and capacity of the compartments can be modified to suit the user’s different requirements. A fixed height version without ceiling adjusters can also be supplied.

Structural characteristics The structure is formed by side panels and crosspieces in 20 and 30 mm thick melamine finished particle board. The cladding panels that end the sides and the door panelling are made of 10 mm thick finished particle board and feature trimming profiles in extruded aluminium coated with scratch-proof powder paint. There is also a version featuring a reinforced structure with aluminium profiles on both sides. The structure is fitted together with eccentric metal joints on the crosspieces which act on steel rods inserted through the side so as to provide a stronger construction, one more able to stand up to being repeatedly assembled and disassembled.

External finishing The glazed doors are made of 4 mm coated safety glass within an aluminium frame. The blank doors, adjuster strips and backs are made of 18 mm thick melamine covered particle board with a non-reflecting embossed finish.

Cabling possibility Wiring management solutions for electrical, telephone and data power cables can be formed in both the upper adjuster compartments and in the cavity underneath the crosspieces at the base. The wiring can then be accessed through the special removable PVC profile at the rear of the door. Cable risers and downward sections can be formed by means of the vertical adjusters and in the vicinity of the doors, where a recessed box can be installed in order to house the more commonly used electrical fittings.

Shelves The internal shelves are made of 0.8 mm thick sheet metal with an epoxy powder coating and are borne by special brackets featuring a double pin in nickel plated metal, enabling the assembly to pass the maximum test levels. They are pre-engineered to hold hanging folders.

Drawers The removable filing frames in the rear-door or external frontal versions, are made of coated steel and run on telescopic slideways that can be fully pulled out, with a 60 kg carrying capacity.

Kind of hardware The hardware, completely made of galvanized steel, guarantees a solid and durable assembly: there are no plastic parts in the structural components.
