It is a modular system for the division of spaces conceived to offer the maximum flexibility possible and to easily adapt to any modern architectural situation. EVOLVinWALL consists in a sole system of extruded aluminium profiles and has the function of perimeter for the application of single central or lateral sheets, double sheets, double blind panels in laminated MDF and double blind panels in drywall.
EVOLVinWALL is a glazed partition wall without any vertical bearing structure. Its bearing function is entrusted upon the glazed panels (it is in fact defined “bearing monolithic partition wall”).
EVOLVinWALL is a partition system for internal architecture. EVOLVinWALL system has multiple values: design, technological innovation, extreme flexibility, acoustic and safety performances. This project is founded on a simple concept: an extruded aluminium “perimetric frame” that always remains the same sizeregardless of what it holds: both single or double glazing or wood and plaster solid panels. This means great freedom of design and architectural rigor.

Structural characteristics
Horizontal profiles (bottom and top) are made in aluminium. Profiles that hold glass are provided with a seat hosting a special SILICONE GASKET. This component is a result of Vetroin research (till today it isn’t used by any other partition manufacturers), it grants acoustic and sealing performances that are incomparable than plastic gaskets normally used in the field of frames. These features are added to the no less important than the reaction to fire: it is indeed a fireproof gasket. Into the perimetric profile (start-, floor-, ceiling-) a special expanded epdm foam is used: a durable, waterproof soft cellular rubber with excellent acoustic and thermal insulation features. |

External finishing
PERIMETER STRUCTURE: natural anodized or polished aluminium, or coated in RAL colour. TYPES OF GLASS: The system uses laminated glass in 5.5.1 or 6.6.2 thickness, even in the Acoustic version. Furthermore all types of glass are available: (extra-clear glass, high acoustic performance glass, glass “Fabric”, glass “Wood”, glass with several kinds of inner materials -coloured film with various optical effects-, LCD glass -glass with inner liquid crystal film- ...). PANELS: Panels are made of 18mm thick wooden agglomerate, anti-scratch melamine laminated/coated, according to our colour chart. Mdf 18mm thick panels, painted in Ral colours. |
Cabling possibility
It is possible to house the cables inside the structure profiles. It is also available a specific element in extruded aluminium and anti-scratch melamine laminated/coated, easy to inspect, to solve any wiring problem. |
Standard module dimensions
There are no pre-defined modules as the partition wall is only tailor-made.
Full-height glass panels up to cm 360 maximum height.
It is available in the self-bearing solution too.

Tollerance at ceiling and floor
Bottom (floor) and top (ceiling) profile is mm 100x42(h) and has a height adjustment of ±15mm that you can achieve by a micrometer screw which lies within the profile. |

Reciclability
All glazed partition components are built from recycled or easily recyclable materials and the whole manufacturing process considers the ecological issues about which Vetroin is very concerned.
