"New Structural" range is characterized by a self-supporting and therefore aesthetically accurate level of finish and the lack of upper and lower inspectable sockets, replaced by 30-40 mm shutters. It is the strong point allowing this partition to be adapted to multiple design requirements.
The modularity of the wall, both in height and width is determined by a series of standard modules, supplemented by netting modules side created and inserted according to various design needs.
Installation does not take place through the traditional system of anchors, but leverages the push on floor or on ceiling holding the structure support, which becomes then self-supporting.
The peculiarity of the system is the way in which panels and glasses are connected together, allowing though a very simple operation, removal or exchange of solid panels, glasses and doors in complete autonomy, without asking the manufacturer further use of human resources and material.
Security is guaranteed by a special hook system that locks the panels when closed preventing them from sliding.

Uprights, beams, jacks and all other ferrous materials are realized from galvanized steel so that each point on the surface is protected. The non galvanized metal parts are painted with epoxy powder coated high resistant to abrasion. Seals are closed cell foam and are realized in self-extinguishing material, applied over the contact’s area between the panels, for insulation and air tight efficency.

Freestanding wall, made in steel, mainly composed of outer profiles, vertical and horizontal bars.
Outer profile is made of U-shaped pressure bent steel sheet 20/10 thick, section 70x50 mm painted with epoxy powders. On three sides a soft seal is applied for self-extinguishing airtight.

The vertical upright is realized with 20/10 pressure bent steel sheet, with C-shaped section, 70x40mm, the full hooking system device for panels being installed all around.
At its end, two screw jacks to adjust the slopes of both floor and ceiling. The upper cylinder is equipped with a calibrated spring to ensure a better elasticity and longevity in the absorption of the expansion of the floors. The spring also thrusts on the vertical stud to be fasten between floor and ceiling. A telescopic handle allows considerable variation in height.
The horizontal beam is made of galvanized pressure bent sheet steel bent 20/10, C-shaped section, 70x24mm; the front sides are provided with soft self-extinguishing seal for airtight while warheads are designed for screw mounting. These bars are not anchored to uprights but are connected through interposition of the upright. In the event that we can not fix the uprights with pushing jacks on ceiling, when we have suspended ceilings, horizontal bars are fixed to the side wall, this obtaining a stable structure.

Solid/Glazed elements: The solid panel is normally composed of two opposing panels 20 mm thick coated by melamine materials, with natural wood or fabric. Metal plates are applied inside panels in order to joint the upright. Cavity between two panels can be inserted insulating materials for good sound insulation, good also against flames.
The glass panel is composed of two opposing frames, made of extruded aluminum, curved tempered glass 5 mm thick. On the frame itself several hooking locations are created in the upright.

Doors: The module can be hinged or sliding. The swing door consists of a fixed external frame (case) attached to structure’s uprights of the structure and a solid door or glass. The case’s profiles and the door are in extruded aluminum or in metal bent sheet and powder coated. The door is supplied complete with gaskets, handles, hinges and locks, 180 ° opening. According to the requests, the door can be mounted paneled in natural wood, veneered, anti scratch laminate when it is solid, or two 4mm thick tempered or laminated glass when it is glazed.

Tolerance to floor and ceiling: Floor adjustment: 30 mm; primary control on ceiling, with telescopic handle placement: 160mm, secondary control on the ceiling with a calibrated spring: 25mm.
